At TECH 247, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing to ensure our customers know exactly what to expect.

For the standard trip charge, our consultants will visit your location and begin troubleshooting your technology issues. This fee includes the first 30 minutes to diagnose, propose a solution or perform a training session. If we're able to resolve the problem within this initial timeframe, there are no additional charges. Should your issue require additional time beyond the initial 30 minutes, we offer additional troubleshooting, solutioning, and training at an hourly rate. You'll always be informed of any additional charges before they are incurred.
